Acclaimed Australian actor Damon Herriman has featured prominently in Australian film and TV, notably in the Foxtel series Love My Way, Josh Lawson’s debut feature, The Little Death, Down Under, and Never Tear Us Apart. Herriman won best supporting actor at the 2016 AACTA’s for his role in the Foxtel mini-series Secret City, and the 2018 AACTA for the telemovie Riot. And he has not slowed. He began working in the US on shows such as Justified and Breaking Bad, and this year we’ll see Herriman play Charles Manson TWICE… in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and David Fincher’s Netflix drama, Mindhunter. Plus he performs alongside Mia Wasikowska in Mirrah Foulkes’ debut feature, Judy and Punch.

Having worked predominantly in the US for the last 10 years, Herriman’s credits take precedence over his breakfast offering. But when Gracie Otto (and co-pilot Leila George) asked, he politely obliged. Watch all three struggle through the making of Australia’s most basic culinary delight.
